How to make delicious minced beef tomato sauce pasta

Mothers want to prepare homemade pasta with tomato sauce with minced beef in a restaurant standard for kids and husbands to enjoy on weekend mornings but don't know how? Learn how to make delicious minced beef tomato sauce pasta today!


Material

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 80g smoked meat

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2-3 sprigs of rosemary

  • 250g ground beef

  • 200g spaghetti

  • 40 g parmesan cheese



Ingredients for Bolognese Sauce

  • 400g canned tomatoes

  • 1 small handful of basil leaves (basil)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano powder (oregano)

  • 1 bay leaf (bay leaf)

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste (tomato paste)

  • 1 ball of beef soup

  • 65 ml red wine

  • 3 cherry tomatoes

Instruct


Step 1: Preparation and preliminary processing



Wash and dry the tubers and vegetables.

Then, dice the bacon, onion, carrot, and celery. Next, chop the rosemary leaves, bay leaves, basil leaves, garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.


Step 2: Make Bolognese Sauce


Heat a pan over medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Next, add bacon, stir for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat and add onion, carrot, celery, rosemary leaves. Then, stir for 3 minutes and cover for 7 minutes until all are tender.

Increase the heat to medium-high, add the beef and stir for 3-4 minutes until the meat turns brown.

Then, add the entire Bolognese sauce ingredients, stir until the mixture boils, then reduce the heat and cover.



Next, cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the sauce is thick and has the desired consistency. Stir the mixture from time to time to avoid scaling on the bottom of the pan.

Finally, add grated parmesan, stir well and season to taste.


Step 3: Boil spaghetti


When the bolognese sauce is almost done, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.



Step 4: Done


Then drain the noodles and mix in the bolognese sauce. Can be served with grated parmesan cheese, basil and crispy bread.
